Established in March 2001, TAKAYU Co., Ltd has been growing daily by steadily gaining many more customers recognition. Our significant growth in the past years is solely thanks to the support and cooperation from our valuable customers. We would like to take this moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for the consistent support daily.

As a company who manages and operates condominiums, office buildings, and station-front car park, we simply uphold a basic philosophy of providing safety, tranquility, and stability to our customers. We deeply understand and fully committed to our customers expectations in our community. We are honoured to take a greatest part in helping the city of Sendai toward the brightest future.

Every day we work hard to listen to both our valuable regular customers and visitors coming to Sendai all the way from afar. Keeping up with the daily environmental changes, we strive to put priority on daily safety, daily tranquility and daily stability.
